1. Booking and Confirmation:

   a. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your event date.

   b. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the event.

   c. Booking dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Photography Services:

   a. Alpha Imagery Photography specializes in wedding, event, and social functions photography.

   b. The photographer will capture moments as they occur, providing a mix of candid and posed shots.

3. Consent for Marketing Use:

   a. By hiring Alpha Imagery Photography, the client grants permission for photographs to be used in the marketing of the business.

   b. A consent form will be provided to the client for approval.

   c. The client waives any rights to royalties or compensation for the use of these photographs.

4. Delivery of Photographs:

   a. Photographs will be delivered via cloud drives in JPG format suitable for printing.

   b. Clients can request higher resolution photographs at an additional cost.

   c. Photographs requested on a Flash Drive will incur additional costs.

5. Online Availability:

   a. Photographs will be available online on the cloud for a period of one year.

   b. After one year, photographs may be deleted for space unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Client Responsibilities:

   a. The client is responsible for providing necessary information and guidance for desired photographs.

   b. Any delay caused by the client may result in a reduction of the photography time.

7. Cancellation and Refunds:

   a. The booking fee is non-refundable.

   b. In the event of cancellation, the remaining balance may be refunded if sufficient notice is given.

8. Copyright and Usage:

   a. Alpha Imagery Photography retains copyright to all images.

   b. Clients are granted personal use rights but may not sell or publish images for commercial purposes without written consent.

9. Liability:

   a. Alpha Imagery Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, schedule delays).

   b. In the unlikely event of photographer illness or other unavoidable circumstances, a replacement photographer may be provided.

10. Agreement Acceptance:

   a. By booking Alpha Imagery Photography, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
